In July 2013, Liselot and David have decided to invest in an agricultural land facing the Mont Ventoux in la Baume de Transit (in the area of the French region called Provence) with the objective to start a black truffle production. Liselot lives with David and their three daughters in Amsterdam where she grew up, and David bring them as often as possible to the Provence where he is coming from.
Black truffle is first a passion and Liselot and David have the ambition to increase the black diamond awareness in Holland and at a 2025 horizon to start commercializing their production in the Dutch market, offering a top quality and freshness to Dutch truffle lovers.
